Pumpkin Bread
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup nuts (optional)
In large mixing bowl beat eggs and add sugar mixing well. Add pumpkin, water and oil to sugar mixture and beat throughly.
Combine all dry ingredients together, then add to mixture. Stir until completely blended.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
